Films received after this deadline may be considered for future volumes.

2. Complete & Sign the Release Form
Please read the Rights & Clearances Guidelines, then fill in the Submission Release Form. We do require a completed, signed, and legible original Release Form before screening any submission.
3. Send in Your Film
Gather your DVD, Submission Release Form, and any available press kit materials and send the package pre-paid to:
